Manage the Workday security framework, ensuring proper role configuration and data governance. Design and deliver advanced Workday reporting that enables actionable business intelligence. Serve as the go-to resource for backend Workday functionality, ensuring system stability and scalability. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 4+ years of dedicated Workday experience, specializing in integrations, security, and reporting. Proven experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integration tools. Strong understanding of the Workday security model, role-based access controls, and compliance requirements.
