Security Zone Inc./Alarm n Response is a Connecticut based alarm company that services the 5 boroughs of NYC (NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island) New Jersey and Connecticut. We are looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1-year clerical work experience.

Security Zone/Alarm n Response is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual with good problem solving skills that has the ability to be detail oriented.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Adobe Acrobat & Quickbooks

-Must be highly organized and detail oriented

-Must be fluent in English and have excellent speaking/writing skills

-Must reside within a 30 mile radius of job location (Norwalk, CT)

Job Duties:

-Tend to the day-to-day operational needs of the owner and field technicians (i.e. activate accounts, place accounts offline, relay messages, and communicate with engineers and subcontractors)

-Oversee daily emails and respond accordingly

-Schedule and Confirm Service Call Requests

-Schedule and Set-up Site Surveys

-Account Set-Up for New Clients

-Provide Proposals/Estimates (as per owner's instructions)

-Price Service Tickets

-Generate New Client & Service Call Invoices

-Provide Letters of Correction (as needed)

-Provide Client Information to Technicians

Additional Information:

Starting Hourly Wage: $25.00 per hour.

Work Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Paid Time Off After One Year of Employment
