About the Role:

The Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor II plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of multiple Wingstop locations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. The supervisor will lead and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience while adhering to company policies and health regulations. They will also manage inventory, handle scheduling, and resolve any operational issues promptly to maximize productivity and profitability. Ultimately, this role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success and growth of the Wingstop brand in these locations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience specifically within a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities:
