Our client, an organization dedicated to delivering exceptional live event experiences, is seeking a passionate and reliable Stage Hand Event Staff to join their team. As a vital part of the event support crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth setup and teardown of equipment for concerts, shows, and various live events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and safety. Job Title: Stage Hand Event Staff Location: Columbia, SC Pay Range: $15 Shift: Starting shift 8am to finish returning at 10:30pm What’s the Job? Unload trucks and transport equipment to designated areas for events Assist in setting up stage and event equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency Support the teardown process after events, loading equipment back onto trucks Handle equipment with care, primarily on rollers, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work collaboratively with team members to meet event deadlines and standards What’s Needed? Ability to work both morning and late‑night shifts Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Dress appropriately with jeans, T‑shirt or sweatshirt, and gloves No drug or background screenings required What’s in it for me?
