Job Duties Cash application of daily payments (checks, ACH, and wires) Account reconciliations Prepare monthly statements and miscellaneous billing Support month‑end processes and AR reporting for audit Special projects as needed by the Director of Lease Administration. Requirements 3+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus Degree preferred Experience with MRI, Yardi, and RealPage is a plus.
