Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update files and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication by handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant parties.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist clients and visitors, offering a friendly and welcoming environment.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff to support various projects and tasks.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
