What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager, your role will be essential in maintaining food quality and coaching the kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for:

• Training and coaching kitchen staff to follow proper food preparation, storage, and safety procedures
• Ensuring all menu items are prepared to Beck’s quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen environment
• Overseeing inventory levels and communicating supply needs
• Monitoring food waste and implementing procedures to reduce loss
• Engaging with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
• Assisting with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
• Communicating effectively with the Store Manager about kitchen operations, challenges, and opportunities
• Cross-training in front store operations to support overall team success

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment
• Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying, and pushing
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including stock and register areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
