Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedics, general surgery, scopes, dental, and uro
• Perform regional blocks and manage anesthesia for all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric
• Work independently without supervision within a supportive OR staff of four part-time MDAs and three full-time CRNAs
• Participate in an in-house call rotation (one day per week and one weekend per month), including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Utilize Plexus EMR to document patient care efficiently and accurately
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with willingness to be on call outside regular hours

Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification with active state licensure
• Experience with regional anesthesia blocks and obstetric anesthesia
• Strong clinical skills across adult and pediatric populations
• Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume surgical caseload ( 25 cases per day)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with trauma cases (Level 3 designation)
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Plexus
• Additional certifications in advanced anesthesia techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, including OB and regional blocks
• Prior experience in similar outpatient or hospital settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in call rotations, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Ability to start on 01/06/2025
• Ability to work 12-hour shift lengths
• Valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements available as applicable
