Acupuncture Physician (Full-Time)

Location: Madison, NJ (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Incentive Bonus Pay: Performance-based bonuses with realistic earning potential of $10,000 – $20,000+ annually , tied to:
• Patient visit volume and utilization benchmarks
• Quality of care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
• Revenue generated above agreed productivity thresholds

Estimated Total Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000+ per year

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncture Physician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Madison, NJ. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes patient-centered, integrative care through acupuncture and holistic treatment modalities. The Acupuncture Physician will collaborate closely with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that address pain, mobility, performance, and overall wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized acupuncture and holistic treatment plans
• Administer acupuncture treatments with precision, including trigger point therapy and acute pain management techniques
• Treat a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, and sports-related conditions
• Educate patients on treatment benefits, recovery expectations, and post-treatment care
• Provide nutritional counseling and wellness guidance to support long-term outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using appropriate medical terminology
• Adhere to aseptic and safety protocols during all procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery, performance, and long-term health

• Valid New Jersey Acupuncture Physician licensure
• Expertise in acupuncture and holistic health practices
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pain management
• Experience treating conditions such as arthritis and acute musculoskeletal pain
• Ability to incorporate nutritional counseling into patient care
• CPR and BLS Certification (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality clinical care
• Experience or strong interest in sports medicine and preventive healthcare preferred
