About the Role
The Company seeks an experienced Vice President of Global Compensation and Mobility Strategy to spearhead the design and execution of comprehensive compensation strategies that align with business goals and enhance talent management efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement sales incentive plans, oversee global mobility programs, and establish competitive compensation practices across various markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in global compensation design and international compensation structures, with at least 12 years of progressive compensation experience and a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree or relevant certifications are highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in executive compensation and job architecture development, ideally within the publishing, education technology, or professional services fields.
The role requires a strategic leader capable of driving initiatives that make a significant impact on the global workforce. Successful candidates will exhibit outstanding analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel.
