Role: RN – Blended ICU/CVICU

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Hours Guaranteed: 36 hours/week

Start Date: As listed in the job requisition – firm dates only

Float Requirements:

Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN)

ED Holding Area (for admitted patients)

? Clinical Details
Ratios: 1:2

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU/CVICU; travel experience required

Common Diagnoses:
STEMI, NSTEMI, Sepsis, COPD Exacerbation, CABG, Valve Repair, A. Fib RVR, CRRT, TCAR, TVAR, Acute Respiratory Failure, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma

EHR System: Medhost

Equipment: Baxter IV Pumps

Call Requirements: Yes

Block Scheduling: Not allowed

48-hour weeks: May be considered, not guaranteed

Attendance Policy:

1 call-out allowed per contract

2nd call-out requires documentation; considered case-by-case

Shift Preference: Please indicate if candidate is flexible (will accept both shifts) or strictly nights/days
