Position Overview

As a Toyota Factory Certified Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Toyota vehicles using factory-approved methods. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Toyota of Oxnard's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• Toyota Factory Certification
• At least 2 years of automotive experience
• ASE Certifications (minimum 2 years active)
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team setting
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs following Toyota guidelines
• Conduct routine maintenance and multi-point inspections
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
• Properly document all work performed
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training and education
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $25.00 - $70.00.
