The CBS Sports Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, tune-in, and brand affinity across all these properties through innovative, high-impact campaigns. The Broadcast & Cable Promos team plays a critical role in this mission by producing and trafficking on-air promotional content that reaches millions of viewers. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily support the Broadcast & Cable Promos teams by managing project workflows, coordinating asset requests, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials. Key Responsibilities Track and manage the workflow of Broadcast & Cable Promos projects from initiation to completion. Submit requests for all versions of promotional content, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate and submit graphics requests for promos in a timely manner. Deliver A/V assets to internal and external agencies and partners for paid media campaigns. Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives as needed. Maintain clear documentation and status updates for ongoing projects. Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to leadership. Qualifications BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing project management or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AirTable, Frame.io, and Slack. Experience working with creative teams and external vendors/agencies. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support various marketing functions as needed.
