We're looking for recent grads and early-career professionals (0–1 years of experience) who want to kick off their career in talent sourcing and recruiting, make an impact in people's lives, and grow alongside a collaborative team in our Irvine office.

What You'll Do

• Be the first connection for candidates through different channels such as emails, Linkedin, and direct calls introducing them to career-changing opportunities
• Use LinkedIn, job boards like ZipRecruiter, Booleans and AI-driven tools to find and engage with top talent
• Build genuine relationships, listen to candidates' goals, and act as their career advocate
• Write and manage compelling job postings and outreach messages that stand out
• Work from our Irvine office within WeWork , an open space that fosters collaboration — just minutes from John Wayne Airport, in the heart of a thriving business district with plenty of great eats nearby

What We're Looking For

• Recent college graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn recruiting and talent sourcing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Curiosity, drive, and the motivation to grow in a professional setting
• Interest in technology, AI tools, and how they can shape the recruiting process
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
