Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store performance, ensuring engagement, achievement of key results, and delivering a world-class guest experience. They lead hiring, development, and foster a culture of belonging and growth. Core Responsibilities Leadership and People Management Create an inclusive team environment and culture. Set and cascade store vision based on key metrics. Manage hiring to build a diverse team. Support ongoing learning and development. Address employee concerns and issues. Guest Experience and Community Lead exceptional guest experiences through connection and coaching. Manage team to optimize guest experience. Handle escalations and urgent requests. Build brand awareness via community relationships. Plan and execute community projects and initiatives. Operations, Product, and Strategy Drive visual merchandising and product strategies. Manage inventory, product levels, and deliveries. Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategies. Manage store profit and loss. Lead from the floor, coaching team members. Ensure safety policies are followed. Budget Responsibility Manage controllable budgets, labor hours, and sales targets. People Management Manage store leadership roles. Handle hiring and termination of staff. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $76,020 - $102,851 annually, plus bonus and benefits including health, dental, retirement, discounts, wellness programs, and development opportunities.
