Staging Assistant Federated Service Solutions Location: Plymouth, MI Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week) Exemption Status: Non‑Exempt Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staging Assistant to support our kitting, staging, and inventory operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing equipment for shipment, and supporting online sales activities. Key Responsibilities Provide support for kitting and staging operations by preparing and organizing materials for shipment or deployment. Assist with online sales support, including order fulfillment and customer coordination. Manage equipment check‑in processes, ensuring all returned items are accounted for and in proper condition. Create and maintain accurate online item listings, including descriptions and images. Perform routine asset maintenance to ensure all equipment is functional and ready for use. Qualifications Education: Required: High School Diploma Experience: Required: Experience in inventory or warehouse environments Preferred: Warehouse experience Skills: Hard Skills Database management Shipping and receiving Soft Skills Organized Hardworking Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced in shipping and inventory management.
