Salary: $135,000–$176,000 DOE

TDL Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a compassionate and supportive care team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with patients and families to assess speech and communication needs, create personalized treatment plans, and help individuals achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and answer introductory patient questions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals
  • Deliver and adjust therapy based on patient progress and needs
  • Keep detailed, accurate documentation of care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful carryover outside of sessions
  • SLPA applicants will support licensed SLPs in the delivery of therapy services

Qualifications

For SLP Applicants:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Alaska state license (or eligibility)

For SLPA Applicants:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Alaska state license (or eligibility)

All Applicants Should Have:

  • A strong passion for helping clients achieve communication goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with documentation and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
