An opportunity is available for experienced Special Education Teachers to provide dedicated support in a K-12 school setting in Mount Pleasant, SC. This full-time, contract position runs through the 2025-2026 school year, ending May 29, 2026. Candidates will work Monday through Friday, supporting a range of special education needs within classrooms focused on intensive developmental supports and low incidence populations. Locations of assignment include schools in the North Charleston and West Ashley areas, as well as Liberty Hill Academy. Applicants should specify which site they are interested in when applying. At Liberty Hill Academy, the role involves supporting students with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), collaborating closely with a teaching assistant, a registered behavior technician, and an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
