-This position will be responsible for providing and monitoring program services and to ensure compliance with state regulations.
-Provides information and interviews potential and current program participants to determine eligibility.
-Maintains and manages assigned caseload.
-Guide clients to services and referral programs.
-Process provider payments
Requirements
-2 years plus experience in human and community services, case management and knowledge of childcare system preferred, but will train.
-Excellent follow through and process case files.
-Sound judgement in analyzing complex situations; ability to interpret, explain and apply applicable laws, procedures and regulations.
-Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
-Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, or equivalent preferred.
-Proficiency with office software-word processing software, multi-line phones, and other applicable software.
