As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and creative engine behind our social platforms. Your content will educate, entertain, and inspire our audience while keeping our brand consistent, modern, and memorable.

• Create & Publish Reels: Plan, produce, and post high-performing Reels exclusively for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose Content: Transform existing content into a weekly newsletter , ensuring a seamless connection between our social and email platforms.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Apply our brand colors, fonts, and design guidelines to every post to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• Analyze & Report Performance: Track and report metrics such as engagement, shares, likes, views, and follower growth to guide strategy and demonstrate impact.
• Develop Content Strategy: Choose weekly topics, write compelling captions , and schedule content based on trends, audience insights, and business goals.
• Leverage Insights: Identify top-performing content and implement lessons learned to boost future results.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on Instagram's evolving platform , testing new features like trial reels to keep our content fresh and competitive.

• Proven experience managing video content across social platforms.
• A strong eye for branding, design, and visual storytelling .
• Excellent writing and captioning skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.
