What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems for stablecoin transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-impact projects, overseeing them from design to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and integrate stablecoin functionality into core products
• Build internal and external APIs that facilitate stablecoin-powered money movement for businesses and partners
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in backend systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system design
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end as a DRI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience working with stablecoins, DeFi protocols, or on-chain payments
• Familiarity with smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and related developer tools
• Contributions to open-source crypto or blockchain projects
• Experience building multi-chain or cross-chain applications
• Interest in or experience with tokenomics, financial primitives, or digital asset infrastructure
