Work is primarily in the New England (New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont). Website is (RPF is a sister company to Pekron Consulting, Inc.) We are seeking a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional and Senior Project Manager. This individual should support operational leadership in a variety of departments. They supervise and are responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing quality assurance, strategizing process improvements, and increasing the efficiency of the organization
- Project management (as outlined below)
- Training and mentoring employees while supporting staff development
- Providing technical expertise
- Preparing client proposals for industrial hygiene and safety work
- Updating and overseeing internal and external training procedures
- Developing, implementing, and meeting overall growth strategies
- Attending trade shows and marketing events
- Grow revenue through customer acquisition
- Routinely updating job knowledge by participating in industry training, reading professional publications and applicable standards
- Maintaining professional networks by participating in professional organizations and trade shows/conferences
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. They serve as a point of contact for clients and are to provide technical assistance based on the project they are assigned to. Specific responsibilities include material and air testing, site safety, OSHA compliance, and exposure monitoring. The Senior Project Manager is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients during and after project completion
- Adhere to technical rules and regulations
- Maintain personal licenses required to perform project tasks
- Coordinate equipment and laboratory work based on project needs
- Writing reports, reviewing reports, and assisting others in developing technical report writing skills
- Interpreting analytical results
- Produce billing sheets at project close
Must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with MS applications, have a good driving record and a clean background check, have excellent work references, and be able to work independently. The use of your own, reliable automobile is required with mileage reimbursement. Some overnight travel is required on occasion and the position does require some off-hour and weekend work shifts at times.
This individual must not mind driving to our customer locations throughout New Hampshire and other New England states.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
