Senior Multiline Adjuster - National Catastrophe Response Team **Job Number**
: 186445 As a **senior multiline representative** youll be responsible for claims file handling in personal lines auto, commercial and special lines and travel to catastrophe locations. Youll investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of Progressives liability concerning loss or damages specific to personal auto and/or multiline products and attempts to affect settlement with claimants. Multiline losses may involve motorcycle, watercraft, recreational vehicle, mobile home, snowmobile, or commercial auto claims resulting from catastrophic events (e.g. hail, hurricane, tornado, etc.). Qualified candidates are preferred to reside near a major airport and in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Texas.
**Must-have qualifications**
* Bachelors degree or higher and a minimum of one year work experience in the automotive repair or insurance industry
* Instead of a degree a minimum of five years of work experience, some of which must be in the automotive repair or insurance industry
* Previous catastrophe adjuster experience required
* Valid drivers license and auto insurance
**Preferred skills**
* Motorcycle, RV, travel trailer and boat estimating experience highly preferred
* Property & Casualty License
* Ability to be insured as part of the fleet driving program
**Schedule:** Shifts will include working three-week rotation with overnight travel. 9am - 6pm EST when not working CAT hours and 8am - 7 pm EST during CAT hours
**Compensation**
* $60,200 - $80,300/year
* Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
* During CAT season this role is eligible for CAT pay
* Eligible for a 10% shift differential (year-round) due to the travel requirement for this role
