What's the role 

  We’re looking for a Senior Interactive Web Developer to join our small, but mighty Creative & Technical Solutions team. This is a Senior level position with long-term growth potential! 

As a Senior Interactive Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating thoughtfully designed, technically-robust, cross-platform digital display advertising, and responsive landing pages, with advanced interactive capabilities working to ensure the final product meets client expectations, while adhering to industry standards and guidelines. In this role, you will directly support the Client Services team in fulfilling creative production projects for some of our largest, enterprise clients!

What you do

Development:

• Responsible for front-end and back-end development of interactive HTML5 advertisements and responsive landing pages


• Participate in translating advertisement/landing page requirements into functional specifications/wireframes that are intuitive in their design and adaptable to clients' changing needs


• Translate conceptual advanced API integrations and HTML5/CSS/JavaScript elements into working interactive components


• You will be managing all production aspects of an ad campaign including requirements gathering, project planning (statement of work, work-back schedule), design conception/storyboard, production (development), revision cycles management, analytics implementation, quality assurance/usability testing, trafficking support

QA and Automation:

• Apply QA and debugging methods to ensure ads are functioning to spec and are released with a high-quality standard


• Develop automation processes, test scripts that accelerate process improvements

Support:

• Support Creative & Technical Solutions team in ongoing feature ideation, product development, enhancements, and maintenance


• Collaborate, support, and work closely with other Brainlabs business units to ensure efficient workflow and realize cross-functional opportunities and enhancements


• Generate deliverables with high accuracy under tight timelines


• Be sufficiently organized to manage multiple divergent priorities

Who you are

Essential Experience

• 4 years of experience working in each of the following: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.


• 4 years of experience with Python. 


• 4 years of experience with HTML5 Animation (Coded or Timeline).


• 1 to 3 years of experience working with Adobe Creative products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) and figma.


• Understanding of how animations work


• Direct experience with API integrations (e.g. Weather, Sports Score, Events, Airlines flight information and schedules, Google Merchant Center, Custom product data, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter).


• Natural ability and appetite to quickly learn new technical systems and procedures


• Resourceful, proactive, quick-minded problem solver with an optimistic outlook and entrepreneurial drive


• Demonstrated aptitude to thrive in a process-driven environment where procedures and protocols must be followed with extreme precision


• Impeccable organizational and time-management skills


• Strong quantitative, analytical, data interpretation and research skills

Desirable Experience 

• Agency experience/background


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, technical/interactive development field or equivalent professional experience


• Experience with Google Cloud, Google Web Designer, DoubleClick Studio, Google products (Sheets, App script, Slides and Docs), FTP/SFTP and Virtual machine.


• Possess Google Ads Creative certification, Google Cloud certification or related experience


• Experience in digital ad production in an advertising agency


• Experience in AR, 360 and 3D components. 


• Knowledge of the digital media landscape, including key technologies, business models, standards/guidelines, technology platforms and products
