Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Founding Scrum Master – Build Agile Processes from the Ground Up in FinTech Most financial firms are stuck with rigid, outdated workflows that slow down execution. Here, you’ll set up Agile from scratch—establishing best practices, optimizing execution, and working directly with leadership to build a high-performance culture.
