We thank you for your understanding.*** Work Hours: Core business hours must overlap with either 12:00PM-5:00PM EST or 9:00AM-2:00PM PST Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help guide our Agile teams beyond the basics and into the next chapter of maturity. In the early stages of our Agile journey, we focused on activation—getting teams up and running. That mission has been accomplished. Now, we’re entering a new phase that demands greater strategic clarity, leadership presence, and a deeper understanding of change dynamics in a software-driven organization. You’ll be much more than a process manager. You’ll serve as a bridge, problem solver, and catalyst for growth—bringing structure without rigidity, ownership without ego, and empathy without compromise. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) while encouraging continuous improvement.
• Serve as a translator between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and productive collaboration.
• Practice extreme ownership by taking full accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying obstacles, and implementing solutions.
• Champion transparency and clear communication—both written and verbal—across teams and leadership.
• Model behavioral flexibility and emotional intelligence, creating psychologically safe environments where all team members can thrive.
• Drive change by actively experimenting, iterating, and coaching teams through complexity and ambiguity.
• Monitor Agile metrics, team health, and delivery cadence to support data-informed decision making.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably within technology or software product teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) and team dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proven executive presence in both written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without formal authority.
• Track record of owning complex problem spaces and translating them into actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other relevant Agile certifications.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
