Position Overview:
We are searching for an outgoing, initiative driven,  seasoned , and customer-focused sales expert to join our team. In this role, you will guide our customers through the countertop selection process, delivering personalized solutions that match their style and budget. Focus on qualifying & closing the sale from first greeting. If you're passionate about interior design and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell-Sell-Sell
• Showcase our extensive range of countertop options, educating customers on the features, benefits, and installation process.
• Collaborate with customers to create customized designs, offering recommendations on materials, colors, and finishes.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience in the home improvement or kitchen design industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate customer preferences into cohesive design concepts.
• Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as CRM software and design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
