As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for sourcing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships within a lively sales-driven environment. Your role will encompass managing the entire sales cycle—from engaging prospects to successfully sealing the deal, all while working alongside our dedicated account managers and team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new client prospects with enthusiasm and a keen understanding of their needs.
  • Kick off the sales process by scheduling engaging presentations and meetings that showcase our top-notch services.
  • Close deals by leveraging your excellent rapport-building skills and persuasive communication.
  • Utilize our CRM to keep all customer interactions organized and efficient, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Contribute positively to our team atmosphere, fostering collaboration and success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B outside sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to keep sales data organized.
  • Desire for continuous growth through sales training and professional development.
  • Outgoing personality that thrives on building relationships and connecting with clients.
  • Motivated self-starter who embraces challenges head-on.
  • Ability to navigate the sales process clearly and effectively, guiding clients from prospects to partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to engage a variety of audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills paired with confidence in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborative spirit that works well within a team, supporting other departments and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
