Location : Frisco, TX | Hybrid (Work From Home Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Salary : $90,000+ (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule :
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do
• Abstract and summarize lease agreements with precision and clarity
• Review title commitments, documents, and surveys for potential issues or red flags
• Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, leases, and related legal documents
• Prepare post-close materials, including lease amendments, estoppels, tax forms, and compliance docs
• Partner with Legal, Underwriting, Asset Management, and Closing teams to keep deals moving forward
• Provide legal insights on lease obligations and contract structure
What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal— lease abstracting is a must
• Paralegal certification required
• Deep understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate transaction flow
• Detail-driven with exceptional organizational skills and legal writing ability
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support post-close documentation workflows
• Preferred: Background in lease administration and PE-backed property investment
