Job Description

Overview Product Operations Lead is a store leadership role responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. The role leads inventory shifts, oversees all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensures floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. The role also delivers a world-class guest experience when scheduled on the floor. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs. Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun, productive shift environment. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and guest product availability. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations on product focus or pricing where relevant. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Address team member performance and support ongoing learning through feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships. When serving as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation Schedule/Availability Work schedule can vary based on store needs Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays During peak times or events, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights Experience 1 year of work experience Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics; using business technology to accomplish work Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others Job Assets (nice to have) Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or higher Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification What We Look For Inclusion & Diversity: Creates/supports an inclusive environment Integrity, Adaptability/Agility, Leadership, Collaboration & Teamwork, Decision Making/Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing, Interactive Communication Work Context Work may involve moving through the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in back of house with limited light Team-based work with use of computers or other devices May involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs and using ladders For experiential stores with food/beverage service: may involve industrial kitchen equipment and heat exposure Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.89/hour (subject to location minimum wage) Target Bonus: $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.50 - $27.89/hour Lululemon offers a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
