Personal Assistant

Location: Midtown Manhattan (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-call availability Monday-Sunday)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth family. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and prior experience as a personal assistant, with the ability to manage complex schedules and high-touch service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences with attention to detail and contingency planning.
• Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Organize and oversee private events, dinners, and gatherings.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Administrative & Personal Support:
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for family-related matters.
• On-Call Availability:
  • Provide support outside standard hours as needed, including weekends for urgent requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a hospitality-related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling tools and travel platforms.
