As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to success. You will work closely with our team to provide expert guidance on paint products, colors, and home improvement solutions, while ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked with high-quality paint products and supplies.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the store.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or the paint industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of paint products, techniques, and trends is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to lift and move products and supplies as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
