JHACH is looking for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal PA to join their Level IV NICU! The practitioner role is multi-faceted and includes clinical management of the high risk neonate and infant, educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and initiating/implementing research. The neonatal nurse practitioner or PA works in collaboration with medical, nursing and support services to provide family centered care. The neonatal nurse practitioner or PA maintains active participation in his/her own continued education and professional development.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Rotating - Flexible 10-hour day shifts and 16-hour night shifts.

Salary Range: Minimum 52.02/hour - Maximum 80.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
