Base pay range $25.00/hr - $40.00/hr Role Overview Support the operation and troubleshooting of network devices within the Boeing Data Center, focusing on environments transitioning from Cisco to Arista. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in both Cisco and Arista technologies, and who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic data center setting. Key Responsibilities Responsible for patching and labeling network devices, as well as port activations and decommissions. Serve as an initial point of contact for technical issues related to data center networking. Participate in Network Reviews, Change Boards, and technical meetings as required. Support after-hours change requests under supervision. Collaborate with senior engineers and network designers on complex network designs and migrations. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a professional networking or IT support role. Hands‑on experience with Cisco routers and switches (required, due to ongoing migration). Experience working with Arista network devices (required). Experience using Arista CloudVision for network management and monitoring (required). Familiarity with data center operations and network device maintenance. Exposure to Spine and Leaf Architecture and common underlay/overlay technologies. Willingness to learn and support circuit integrations and load balancing solutions. Experience with Cisco Nexus Switches. Experience with network automation and scripting. CCNA or Arista L2 Certification (or working towards certification). Experience supporting large-scale data center network operations.
