Position Overview:
We’re seeking dependable and skilled Mobile Mechanic Technicians to join our team as independent contractors. You’ll travel to customers’ locations to perform basic automotive services. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy flexibility, independence, and steady work without the overhead of a shop.
Responsibilities:
Perform light to moderate automotive services, including:
Battery testing and replacement
Tire changes and flat repairs
Jumpstarts
Engine air filter and cabin filter replacements
Basic diagnostics and inspections
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper documentation for each job
Handle payments and digital job confirmations when required
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic mechanic tools and equipment
At least 1 year of automotive repair or maintenance experience
Smartphone with internet access for job assignments
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Compensation:
1099 Contract Pay (per job completed)
Competitive pay rates depending on service type and location
