Clinical Leadership Opportunity

All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they're safe and effective. But today's clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.

Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We're still a young company, but we've already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we've helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.

We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

About the Role

Clinical Leadership:

• We're seeking distinguished specialist clinicians to join our Subject Matter Expert panel that drives both clinical excellence and strategic growth
• Strategic Impact: This dual role is critical because exceptional Investigators / Medical Monitors don't just execute trialsthey shape our competitive advantage and define our market position through clinical credibility
• Direct Collaboration: You'll work directly with our VP of Medical and in-house team to lead and support cutting-edge Lindus trials while providing strategic commercial advisory expertise
• High-Stakes Influence: Participate in critical bid defense processes where your clinical expertise becomes decisive competitive factor

About You

We'd like to hear from you if

• You are an Otolaryngologists with cancer expertise, head and neck surgeon or a medical oncologists specializing in head and neck malignancies
• You have high agency and a bias for action
• You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed
• You are keen to work in a technology enabled trials delivery company

What You'll Focus On

• Medical Monitoring of complex clinical trials and act as an SME for your medical specialism
• Supporting Business Development in RFP creation and bid defence activities
