  • Utilize tracking systems for MAC requests, ensure customer accessibility and government oversight, and maintain detailed documentation of all changes and configurations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SLAs and user agreements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer expectations and scope of work.
  • Responsible for leading a team to execute Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs).
  • Responsible for coordinating with customers' various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of MACs, including installations, activations, modifications, upgrades, and deactivations of ports and circuits.
  • Track and execute MACs via service request tickets.

  • Prepare and submit Change Requests for MACs, track all MAC requests via service request tracking, and provide client and leadership oversight for program tracking.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports regarding MACs.
  • Provision Voice MACs, including line provisioning and phone deployment, ensuring full mission capability to the customer.
  • Responsible for gathering and verifying client requirements and documenting all changes.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix network issues promptly.
