Job Description & RequirementsSign on: $10,000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out in 5 installments over a 2 year commitment. $2,000 on their 1st or 2nd paycheck with us and $2,000 on their 6-month check, 12-month check, 18-month check, and 24-month check.
At least 1 year of recent Clinical Pharmacist hospital experience *MUST HAVE ACUTE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR
B.S. or PharmD from and ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy required
Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate Florida State Board of Pharmacy
