• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about products.
• Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Stock Management: Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with inventory checks and deliveries.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized; including regular cleaning of display areas.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow all legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including verifying customer identification.
• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow employees in a respectful and supportive manner to enhance the store's operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol sales regulations.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as our store closes at 8:00 PM.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
