We are seeking a skilled Jira Administrator with strong Agile coaching experience to join our team. This hybrid role blends technical expertise in managing Atlassian Jira and Confluence with the ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams through Agile best practices. The ideal candidate will not only configure and maintain Jira to support Agile delivery but also influence behaviors, foster collaboration, and drive organizational maturity in Agile practices.

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF).
Experience working in scaled Agile environments and across distributed teams.
Knowledge of reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for advanced Agile metrics.
-Must be able to configure, maintain, and customize Jira Software/Confluence to support Agile teams, programs, and portfolio-level initiatives.
-Must be able to design and manage workflows, custom fields, dashboards, filters, boards, and automation rules.
-Must be able to support integrations with CI/CD pipelines, reporting tools, and third-party plugins.
-Must be able to ensure Jira data integrity and provide governance on usage standards across teams.
-Must be able to partner with leadership to generate reporting/metrics for throughput, velocity, burndown, and Agile maturity tracking.
