Job Summary

Summer internship working with the Reman Business Unit (RMN-SBU). This role will be 4 days in office and 1 day virtual, based in Colmar, PA. Internship will begin in late May 2026 and continue for 10-12 weeks. Housing assistance is not included.

Primary Duties

• Support the RMN SBU team with special projects. Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs.
• Identify ROI, process improvements, and work with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams.
• Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be an excellent communicator and a self-motivator - A Can Do Attitude
• Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
• Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.

Education / Experience

Must be enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree program; ideally, a student who is at least entering their 3rd year pursuing a Business, Entrepreneurship, or similar degree.
