Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, onboarding, and orientation sessions
  • Process personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, leave requests, and terminations
  • Monitor staffing needs and ensure prompt submission and follow-up of Personnel Action Requests (PARs)
  • Assist with employee relations, providing guidance on benefits, leave policies, and policy interpretation
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and safeguard the integrity of HR data systems
  • Prepare and submit required reports to ensure compliance and support operational tracking
  • Partner with HR leadership to align staffing and personnel strategies with departmental objectives
  • Manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly to changing organizational priorities

Qualifications of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms; quick to learn new technologies
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to discretion and professionalism
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
