We are seeking a transformation leader to reimagine endtoend processes through an AIfirst lens identifying what should be automated, augmented, redesigned or removed to unlock material cost savings and operational velocity. Sitting within (or partnering closely with) the Office of AI, this role combines rigorous Lean Six Sigma with practical AI enablement, clear governance, and rapid testandscale execution. You will build and run an intake + prioritization funnel, map critical value streams, and deliver measurable savings tied to the P&L while upskilling teams to think AIenabled across the business.

Salary Range: $175,100 - $232,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
