• Gather and maintain client data.
• Enter client information into the firm’s financial planning software tool, eMoney. Data entry includes financial goals and retirement analysis, Social Security income, education costs, charitable planning, insurance details, stock options and income expense cash flow reports.
• Compile; enter and monitor data in the firm’s CRM system.
• Assist clients with aggregation of their financial accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive financial data and information.
• Assist with the compilation of detailed financial reports using calculations, data, and other client-approved information.
• Assist with the creation of financial action plans for individuals.
• Research various financial planning questions.
• Work closely with team members to achieve and support the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.
• Basic computational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Core knowledge of and/or interest in learning the financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts to include.

• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, accuracy, and meticulous adherence to details required.
• Ability to learn and use the firm’s process, tools, and methodology as part of the financial planning activities.
• Ability to perform research and compile reports.
• Interest in learning forecasting and analyzing data.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with a team-player mind-set.
