Description Position Overview: Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for planning and executing events or projects? We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Event/Project Manager to join our team! Responsibilities: + Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, projects, or campaigns from start to finish. + Coordinate timelines and schedules to ensure deliverables are met effectively and efficiently. + Provide support in maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting progress. + Communicate with vendors, clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. + Conduct research to identify venues, suppliers, or resources that align with project objectives. + Prepare documentation, including timelines, checklists, and post-project/event reports. + Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues or unforeseen challenges during events/projects. + Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the success of projects and experiences. + Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and file organization. + Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in event or project planning. Requirements Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required. + Experience: No professional experience necessary; internships or volunteer experience in event planning, project management, or related fields a plus. + Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail. + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus. + Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with teams, vendors, and clients. + Creativity: Innovative mindset with an eagerness to brainstorm new ideas and solutions for projects. + Adaptability: Quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
