Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the communication strategy of our organization, ensuring that our message resonates with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in the field of communications, bringing a fresh perspective and a proactive attitude to our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and plans.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and social media.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build community.
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
• Conduct research to gather insights that inform communication strategies.
• Help maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
