Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Agent. In this foundational role, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for managing and facilitating internal and external communications. As a pivotal part of our communications team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our messaging is both clear and effective.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming communications from clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist in the drafting and editing of internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information for communication projects and initiatives.
• Maintain an organized database of communication materials and correspondence for easy access.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
