Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations efficiently.
• Create and maintain service tickets, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Generate invoices and verify their accuracy before submission.
• Input and update data in system databases with precision and attention to detail.
• Track and manage inventory of equipment to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all dispatch activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs effectively.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching or a related role.
• Proficiency in data entry, including numeric and computer-based entry.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
