Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
• Provide accounting with current billing information
• Prepare service invoices and send out
• This person will be responsible for answering customer calls for service and dispatching technicians
• Efficiently rerouting technicians to different areas/calls throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a dispatcher for a HVAC/Plumbing company
• Service Titan experience
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must pass a drug screen
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
