Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching HVAC service technicians to address client needs promptly and efficiently. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the overall success of our service operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming service requests and inquiries from clients.
Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to client locations.
Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with technicians, providing necessary information and updates.
Monitor technician schedules and ensure timely arrival to service locations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch activities, and technician availability.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery processes.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar dispatching role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
Proficient in using dispatching software and communication tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
